The website https://www.tescagroup.com/ is hereinafter referred to as the “Site”.
The “user” means a web user who connects to and uses the Site.
The purpose of this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) is to inform users of the use that the TESCA GROUP makes of the personal data gathered on the Site (the “Personal Data”), in compliance with French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, databases and civil liberties, as amended, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to together as the “Applicable Regulations”).
The Policy may be amended at any time by TESCA GROUP, in particular for the purpose of complying with any regulatory changes or technical developments. Users must therefore always refer to the latest version of the Policy before browsing or using the Site.
The user may consult this Site and its content without communicating the slightest personal information. However, in order to contact TESCA GROUP or apply for job offers, the user must provide personal information concerning him- or herself. The processing carried out is based on the user’s consent or is necessary for the conclusion or performance of the contract.
The controller for the processing of Personal Data is TESCA GROUP, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified form limited company), registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Nanterre under the number 342 545 456, with a registered capital of €796,566.60, having its registered offices at Tour Pacific – 11 cours Valmy – 92977 Paris La Défense – France.
The Personal Data is processed for the following purposes:
– Making the Site and associated services available to users, ensuring their proper working, processing user requests, etc. => Contract between the user and TESCA GROUP (this Policy and the terms of use of the Site)
– Improving the Site and associated services, particularly to optimise or offer new functionalities, or to allow users to enter data in a simplified and automatic manner => Legitimate interest of TESCA GROUP in improving the Site and the associated services.
At the time the Personal Data is collected, the user will be informed if certain items of Personal Data must mandatorily be entered or if they are facultative. – responding to contact requests from users are not kept for more than 3 years as of the time the data was collected or as of the date of last contact.
This information may be communicated to subsidiaries of TESCA GROUP within or outside the European Union, in order to respond to the user’s requests. In the event that the Personal Data is transferred to a subsidiary of TESCA GROUP located in a country that does not provide appropriate safeguards for the protection of the Personal Data, standard contractual clauses will be put in place and will be accessible on request under the conditions set out in Clause 6.

TESCA GROUP shall endeavour to find a satisfactory solution to ensure compliance with the Applicable Regulations. If TESCA GROUP does not respond or if the dispute persists despite a proposal from TESCA GROUP or at any other time, users have the right to bring a complaint before the French data protection body (CNIL) or the supervisory authority of the Member State of the European Union in which the user habitually resides.
